Pre-Orders
Some items may be offered on a pre-order basis.
When you place a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is not yet in stock. Payment is collected at checkout, and your order will be fulfilled once inventory becomes available.
Estimated shipping timelines for pre-order items will be clearly stated on the product page.
Cancellations
Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before they are fulfilled.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow our standard return policy.
