Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Some items may be available for pre-order.

Pre-order items will ship within 2–3 weeks.
Once shipped, standard delivery timelines apply.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items are ready.

Standard Shipping
5–10 business days after dispatch

Express Shipping
2–4 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high demand periods.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Buck Chutley is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
